We had a great time here, the food, the service, the atmosphere - everything was amazing. Our server was incredibly kind and went above and beyond. This is hands down the based Thai food we’ve had in this city, and it’s already one of our favourite restaurants all around! We will definitely return and bring our friends and family next time.

The food was an absolute chef’s kiss. I was very impressed by the depth of flavours and the seamless balance across both plates. Just the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spice. We opted for the chef style pad thai, which had shrimp, beef, and tofu— highly recommend! The pad thai had vibrant flavours and textures— the fried onions and bean sprouts gave a crisp contrast to the chewy, perfectly cooked noodles. It was a great blend of tangy, savoury, and subtle sweetness. And the peanuts lent a nutty crunch that tied the dish together. Next, the nam khao was an adventure in itself. The pork had this incredible sourness and mouthwatering tanginess that was balanced with the crispy rice. Not gonna lie, the spice had me fighting for my life a little, but the lettuce wraps helped to cut through the intensity of the dish. I was oscillating between the two dishes— from mild to a hard punch of spice— and I couldn’t stop eating (it was just too good). The portion sizes are also quite ample— definitely more suitable for sharing. To top it all off, our server was amazing. She was polite and made great recommendations. I hope to return soon!

Came in with a friend for her birthday and everything was perfect! Great atmosphere, awesome service, and amazing food. Everything was served to us hot, fresh, and delicious. We had the matabak to share, which was very flavourful and fresh, she had the khao soi with very tender beef and I had the massaman curry with chicken. Both were so flavourful and filling. We also had the Thai tamarind cocktail (I can’t remember the name) that was refreshing and unique! We had a thai iced tea to share as well, which was some of the best we’ve had. Overall, such an amazing experience, I’ll definitely be back.

Every dish we ordered was absolutely cooked to perfection. You can really taste the care and tradition in every bite. I only wish I had found this place sooner! It gets busy, but it’s 100% worth the wait. If you’re looking for truly authentic Thai food, this place is a must-visit.

Great Thai spot in downtown Hamilton! We ordered the Pad Thai and Pad Kra Pao (with beef), and both dishes tasted authentic with generous portions—even for the lunch menu. The spring rolls were a pleasant surprise, arriving hot and crispy. Highly recommend!

I don't like to review locally unless I've tried a place at least three times but Pin Toh won me over in just two BITES!! We ate in and had it delivered and both meals were spectacular. Other than some gristle on a beef dish each bite was better than the last & there wasn't a disappointment on the menu. Add to that a wonderful server who was attentive, funny and informative (wish I could remember a name) and this is our new go to for Asian food in downtown Hamilton! NOTE: this restaurant is now at 21 John St N in Hamilton. I know, somehow the Hammer's food scene got even better!

I’ve eaten here three times so far and each time has been absolutely phenomenal!!! Food is really quick to come out and tastes amazing, really large portions as well, enough to fill two people. The ambience is really great, I love the music and the decor. Not to mention the servers are also really attentive and super sweet. Truly I recommend this restaurant to just about anyone.
